One of seven paintings in my series on planetary alchemy. Each planetary sphere is paired with medicinal plants which compliment its archetypal energy.

Venus plants: Blue vervain, Orchid, Honeysuckle, Shooting star, Wild Rose.

Venusian plants are movers of water; lush, moist, aromatic and beautiful. Blue Vervain, Manzanita and Wild Rose were chosen for their medicinal properties, honeysuckle her fragrance, Shooting Star for its love of watery moss-laden habitat and orchid for her unrivaled beauty.

Each print is accompanied with a poem by William Keisel.
